How we build
Better materials from the ground up.
We build every shed on-site using treated floor framing, engineered siding, architectural shingles and a solid TruFloor tongue-and-groove floor.

The materials
- LP Trim
- Water and termite resistant engineered wood for clean, durable trim details.
- 3/4" TruFloor Tongue-and-Groove Floors
- Floors are 3/4" TruFloor tongue-and-groove panels on 2x6 floor joists — an engineered floor that locks together and is meant to last.
- LP SmartSide Siding
- Water & termite resistant exterior panels that stand up to the elements.
- GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles
- Architectural shingles standard on every roof — the same shingle that goes on houses.
- 16" On-Center Floor Joists
- 2x6 floor joists spaced 16 inches on center create a strong, solid floor for mowers, tools and equipment.
